Quality Improvement Director - Healthcare leads and directs process and overall quality improvement activities that produce better patient care and more efficient operations. Develops programs to review and evaluate patient care and outcomes.     This Role:
    As a Director of EDI at LogixHealth, you will work with internal teams to provide cutting edge solutions that will directly improve the healthcare industry. Specifically, this position manages employees who handle and process EDI files. You’ll contribute to our fast-paced, collaborative environment working across multiple teams and with Trading Partners.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage, oversee and monitor all functions of the EDI team operations
    • Initialize new client EDI set up process
    • Assist with new Trading Partner implementations
    • Ensure proper training of staff and new hires
    Qualifications:
    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each Key Responsibility satisfactorily. The following requirements are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required to perform this job successfully.     Required:
    • Five plus years related experience with a high functioning EDI department
    • Knowledge of EDI operations
    • Proficiency with MS 365 including Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    Preferred:
    • Third party billing experience
    • Prior management experience
    • Experience working with medical records
