Radio Frequency Engineer develops products and technologies related to wireless telecommunications by applying RF and mixed signal capabilities. Responsibilities may include RF front-end design, radio propagation modeling and prediction, microwave path analysis, interference analysis and filter design, frequency coordination, analog-to-digital converters, cell site equipment layout, and circuit design. Being a Radio Frequency Engineer develops and executes product testing and integration plans for new or updated products. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Radio Frequency Engineer typically reports to supervisor or manager. The Radio Frequency Engineer occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Management: Solid knowledge of radio station operations, FCC compliance, and industry trends. Strong organizational and time-management skills with accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to set budgets and develop fundraising strategies. Effectively encourage and help lead the ministry team in accomplishing our mission.
Technical: Excellent computer skills. Adept in radio automation and production software, with a general technical knowledge of radio station operations.
Growth: Position will give you the opportunity to put your creativity and skills to work in areas of programming, management, digital media, promotions, and more.
