Applicants must possess some level of experience in maintenance trade (i.e. mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and construction) and/or a strong willingness to learn. Person will assist in the scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of the facility and basic infrastructure systems of the property. Person must be willing to learn the safe operations of both small and large maintenance equipment. Applicants should be reliable, hardworking and able to work independently as well in a team environment. Valid Florida driver's license a must. Apply within.
