Search and review Title to real property. Certifying the same to the title companies as needed to obtain title insurance policies for clients. Communicate with clients, brokers, lenders Conduct closing ceremonies Assist in staff development and oversight Minimum Qualifications 0-2 years of experience in the practice of real estate law J.D. from an accredited law school and active license to practice law in South Carolina (North Carolina a plus) Effective time management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to read, analyze and interpret complex legal and business documents. High level of reasoning ability and even temperament Preferred Skills & Experience 3 years of experience in the practice of real estate law Work Environment   This position would be onsite at Charlotte or Columbia South Carolina location.
