    Compensation:

    $100,000 yearly DOE

    Responsibilities:
    • Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs
    • Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
    • Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business
    • Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
    • Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community

    • Provide world-class service to current, past, and potential clients
    • Guide your clients through every step of the real estate buying/selling process

    Qualifications:
    • Organized and manages time effectively
    • Self-motivation and drive
    • Past sales experience is preferred
    • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
    • Technology driven

    • Must have a current Indiana Real Estate License
    • Excellent communication and networking skills
    • Take charge mentality
    • Self-motivated and have the desire to build a big life for themselves
    • Self-motivated and able to perform tasks independently
