Job Description
o Greet customers as they come into office and direct as needed
o Answer the phone in a timely manner and forward customers to appropriate agent
o Organize and schedule appointments
o Deliver concierge-level customer service to sellers, buyers, agents, and lenders
o Manage website and Mulitple Listing Service listings
o Maintain electronic and paper filing systems
o Assist Broker in preparing files for closing and ensure they are in order to satisfy agents, clients and auditors
o Monitor deadlines and provide notices to appropriate parties when necessary
o Produce with Broker all marketing materials including brochures, flyers, online marketing, social media and advertisements
o Participate in community activities as needed and any other activities that may arise
o Assist and support of team of real estate agents in capturing new business
o Order supplies on an as needed basis
