In Order to Join Our Team, You Must:

This is not a salaried position. However, you will have the opportunity to earn commission during your training! Your income after the training is also commission-based and provides UNLIMITED potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to identify their preferences, budget, and requirements.
- Conduct property searches, schedule showings, and assist clients in touring potential homes.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on market trends, pricing, and negotiation strategies.
- Facilitate the purchase process, including drafting and negotiating offers, coordinating inspections, and overseeing the closing process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry professionals.
