Warehouse Receiving Supervisor

Bilingual Required, English & Spanish.

Shift: Monday to Friday, 4pm to 12:30am, Sunday, 6am to 10am

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing entire receiving activities and ensuring a smooth workflow with high quality, efficiency, and safety
• Making container unloading schedule and coordinating with 3rd party unloading and trucking company to meet the delivery and returning deadline
• Supervising yard receiving activities and communicating with security for any issues
• Checking and keeping the Dock papers and workflow sheet up to date & accurate
• Daily updating of loads of full/empty containers in our WMS system
• Proper training for team leads and warehouse associates, & ensuring all forklift drivers are following all safety protocols, and coordinating ongoing forklift training with the Operations Excellence Supervisor.
• Inventory check and communicate with overseas shippers for any receiving quantity discrepancy.
• Supervising machine operators for both routine and temporary assigned jobs
• Keep unloaded containers and receiving floor clean and organized, free of hazards and sharp items
• Check receiving dock plates and door for damage and malfunction
• Working with the shipping department and managers to finish the shipping schedule
• Check /Update the inventory data, process, continuous improvement, and training all drivers, Leads, and WH Associates
• Additional assignments as assigned by management

Requirements-

Bilingual : English & Spanish Required

Experience in warehouse and receiving

Interpersonal skills, communicating across all teams & departments

Knowledge of OSHA regulations & safety protocols

. Bilingual : Mandarin is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week
