As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary
- Provide information to callers and visitors about the company and its services
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Keep the reception/Salon area clean and organized

Skills:
- Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Customer support experience

This is a full-time position.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per year

Expected hours: No more than 35 per week
