We're looking for highly professional and efficient individuals to fill our Administrative Assistant role. Job Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Manage delivery of electronic/paper tax returns, organizers and financial statements
• Filing Annual Reports & Business License Renewals
• Pulling Bank Statements
• Answer a multi-line phone system and greet clients/visitors
• Responsible for incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
• Manage banking deposits via remote capture
• Manage client database, including client and project set ups
• Prepare, finalize and post client billings
• Order, receive and stock office supplies
• Assist with organizing firm office lunches/parties/events
• The successful candidates for this position will possess strong computer skills, excellent phone etiquette and exceptional organizational skills.
• In addition to the above responsibilities, the receptionist may be assigned other duties as needed by management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
