Receptionist greets visitors and maintains visitor logs. Completes security procedures such as issuing badges or visitor passes. Being a Receptionist performs administrative activities such as booking meeting rooms, arranging transportation, receiving and sending mail and packages. Responds to internal and external inquiries. Additionally, Receptionist may provide back up for clerical projects or route phone calls. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Receptionist works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. We are looking to hire a full time receptionist.
The position would entail:
-Answering Phones
-Uploading Documents to a CRM
-Filing
-Other Miscellaneous Office Duties
We are seeking a person who is punctual and also has very good customer service while speaking on the phone. We would like the individual to be a problem solver and be willing to help with any task at hand. It would be Monday-Friday from 8-5 (with an hour lunch).
The pay range would be $13-$16/hr to start, depending on experience. We offer health insurance, as well as other benefits.
