Being a Receptionist performs administrative activities such as booking meeting rooms, arranging transportation, receiving and sending mail and packages. Responds to internal and external inquiries. Additionally, Receptionist may provide back up for clerical projects or route phone calls. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Receptionist works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job.
