Achievement Behavior Services (ABS) is a growing Autism insurance company seeking a highly motivated case/staffing coordinator. ABS provides quality, individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy to children and adults on the Autism Spectrum. We provide services all over the NY/NJ areas: including Nassau and Suffolk Counties, Five Boroughs, Queens, Brooklyn, Bronx, Staten-Island, Westchester, Hudson River Valley and Central NJ area.
Job Responsibilities:
· Recruit, interview and evaluate employee applicants for open cases needing staffing
· Attend various job fairs across NY/NJ.
· Review and filter applications from Indeed, Handshake, Social Media, Website, and all other streams of applicants.
· Customer service calls to clients and feedback submitted to the team.
· Maintain staff records and adhering to company guidelines regarding client confidentiality.
· Collaborate with staffing coordinators- filtering candidates who have been onboarded to appropriate staffing team for case assignments.
· Ability to prioritize and manage changing priorities through good time management and organizational skills.
· Strong problem-solving skills and works with administration to implement improvement processes
· Attend meetings and/or trainings as assigned.
Qualifications
· Bachelor' Degree in psychology, social work or related human/social services field (preferred).
· 1-5 years of recruitment experience (preferred), recruitment in healthcare (preferred)
· Highly organized, detail-oriented person who can multi task and prioritize
· Strong computer skills (Must be proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook)
· Excellent writing, communication and administrative skills
· Customer service oriented
· Demonstrated leadership and people skills
