Job Details Description Starkey is looking for a tenacious, self-starting marketing and customer service recruiter. This person will identify and recruit highly motivated and creative marketing and service-focused professionals from around the industry in the U.

What we do : Provide creative and effective full life-cycle recruiting solutions to complex recruiting issuesHave a demonstrated ability to multi-task and perform with a high sense of urgencyBuild strong relationships with hiring managers to deeply understand needs and influence a results-oriented recruiting experienceGenerate a diverse pool of candidates for Starkeys positions (all levels) through strategic and innovative sourcing strategiesCoach hiring managers on interview techniques to evaluate technical acumen and competenciesCoach hiring manager on effective use of networking and social mediaEffectively negotiate offers to influence candidate engagement and strong sense of value in working at StarkeySourcing passive candidatesPartner with Human Resources Business partner, Payroll, Recruiting Coordinator, Executive Leadership, Relocation Vendor and others.
