Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Recruiter to join our team and provide exceptional talent acquisition services. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies to attract the best candidates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 2 years of experience in recruiting or HR
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems\Thorough understanding of EEO, ADA, and other related employment laws and guidelines.

Requirements

• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent
• Collects and analyzes data to maintain current understanding of fair and competitive market salaries, candidate availability, and demand for candidates in particular fields.
• Source and screen candidates through various channels, including but not limited to job boards, social media, and referrals
• Counsels candidates on the agency’s interview and hiring process.
• Conduct interviews and consult with hiring managers to understand the requirements, duties, and qualifications desired for the specified vacant position(s).
• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the hiring process
• Provides HR representative with information to verify candidates’ references and credentials, experience and backgrounds.
• Extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages
• Consult with hiring managers after the interview process to determine whether a placement can be made; collects feedback when placement is unsuccessful
• Organizes and attends job fairs, campus events, and other networking opportunities.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of all recruiting activities
• Arranges meeting locations, travel, and/or accommodations for applicants and hiring managers when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations
