TR Miller Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing is a fast-growing company, and we're looking for a Recruiter who genuinely cares about the customer and looks at this opportunity as not just a job, but a career. Our Recruiters are responsible for sourcing, contacting and recruiting the best talent for our organization.

Job Responsibilities:

• Consults with Leadership team to determine staffing needs and create job descriptions
• Posts job openings internally and externally via Indeed
• Works with Marketing to post jobs on social media platforms
• Conducts phone screens to source qualified candidates
• Schedules face to face interviews with Leaders
• Works with Leaders on next steps with candidates; communicates with candidates all throughout the recruiting process
• Manages applicant tracking software and ensures it’s being used efficiently and effectively
• Works within the community to attend Career Fairs (i.e. local high schools and trade schools)
• Sends weekly recruiting updates to Leaders; tracks up to date recruitment activity on Monday software
• Communicates with new team members about 1st Day expectations
• Conducts 30/60/90-day check-ins with new team members
• Creates monthly Company Newsletter and posts on Teams
• Manages our Indeed and Glassdoor accounts/reviews
• Other duties as assigned by Manager

Pay and Benefits:

• Pay: $24-$28/hour (total compensation)
• Schedule: 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm
