Health Insurance Product Sales Marketer / Trainer
Gordon Marketing, a forty-year-old family run company conducting insurance sales and marketing on a national basis, is seeking candidates for a newly created position of Health Insurance Sales Marketer / Trainer.
This opportunity would allow the right individual to cultivate under 65 health insurance opportunities from Gordon Marketing’s large base of health and Medicare agents located around the country.
The right candidate for this position possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills. They must have experience in the under 65 health market and enjoy building relationships.
They must be prepared to work in a fast-paced and goal-oriented environment. The ability to conduct sales presentations, educational seminars, and the ability to train, market, and sell virtually would be a plus.
Duties :
Serve as the lead point of contact for all agents selling under sixty-five health insurance products.
Recruit, train and mentor new agents selling in the health insurance space.
Collaborate with other team members to identify and grow opportunities with existing agent relationships.
Conduct regularly scheduled live and virtual agent training meetings.
Build and maintain strong and long-lasting relationships with carriers and agents.
Some travel required.
Education and Experience Requirements :
A high School diploma or equivalent.
Insurance license not required but preferred.
Salary :
Base $70,000 per year with a lucrative bonus structure and a target compensation first year of $100,000
