Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all food preparation and cooking processes.
- Develop innovative and seasonal menus, ensuring variety and quality.
- Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive team environment.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and monitor kitchen stock levels.
- Ensure full compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Collaborate with management to ensure effective shift management and staffing coverage.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Expertise in culinary techniques and food production methods.
- Proven leadership experience within a kitchen environment.
- Strong skills in menu planning, execution, and presentation.
- In-depth knowledge of hospitality industry standards and regulations.
- Culinary education or equivalent experience in a high-volume kitchen.
- Hitch work schedule 5-1, hours are 7am to 4pm. 7 days a week for total of 63 hours weekly.
