Key Responsibilities :

• Route : Operate in all Northeast states, including all of New England and as far south as Virginia.
• Freight Handling : Transport freight that requires 100% touch (full hand unload using a conveyor belt).
• Training : Complete a training program of 200-250 hours behind the wheel.

Compensation :

• Weekly Earnings : Average $1,700.
• Pay Structure : $0.80 - $0.85 CPM based on experience.
• Mileage : Average between 1,900 - 2,100 miles per week.
• Extra Stop Pay : Earn an additional $15 for each extra stop.

Home Time :

• Schedule : Drivers will be out for 14 days with 34-48 hours at home every other week.
• Convenience : Option to take the truck home during breaks.

Training Details :

Experienced Driver Requirements :

• Experience : Minimum of 6 months verifiable Class A experience in the last 12 months or 1 year in the last 5 years.
• Driving Record : No more than 2 moving violations in the last 12 months; no serious traffic violations.
• Accident History : No more than 1 DOT recordable preventable accident in the last 2 years and no major accidents in the last 5 years.
• Job History : No more than 4 jobs in the last 12 months; cannot have been let go for safety violations.
• Drug & Alcohol Tests : Must not have failed a DOT drug or alcohol test.

Trainee Requirements :

• Age : Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL.
• Driving Record : Clean record with no serious violations in the last 5 years (only one DUI allowed in a lifetime).
• Criminal Background : No misdemeanors or felonies in the last 10 years, especially involving children.
• Drug & Alcohol Tests : Must not have failed or refused a DOT drug or alcohol test.
• Unemployment History : No more than 6 months of unemployment in the last year or 1 year in the last 3 years.
