Oversees the development of the clinical content in marketing materials. Additionally, Regional Medical Director ensures all regional clinical programs are in compliance with laws and regulations. Requires a MD degree. Typically reports to top management. The Regional Medical Director manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. Comprehensive knowledge of the overall departmental function.     About the Opportunity

    The Nursing Division Manager is responsible for promoting and maintaining quality patient care through effective management of the activities of the total patient care services as outlined in the Mission, and Guiding Principles.

    Communication is vital between the Department Manager, staff, physicians, Supervisor and CNO.

    Responsibility to include, but not limited to

    ·       monitors activities of human resources management, patient care management, and material management for the delivery of patient care.

    ·       functions as an educator, resource person, and guidance to the staff in his or her department.

    ·       will assist with patient care as required.

    ·       is responsible for the department/departments under his/her leadership 24 hours a day regarding the Quality of Care, Staffing, and Fiscal Matters.

    ·       will direct and guide patient centered care and ensure optimal, care and service in accordance with physician orders.


    Qualifications

    REQUIREMENTS:

    Bachelor’s degree in nursing is required, along with a Masters, MSN degree and active Alabama State RN Licensure.

    3-5 years of progressive nursing leadership experience is also required.

    Minimum Salary: $90000.0

    Maximum Salary: $120000.0
