    Job Summary

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field
    • 10 years of experience in operations management, with a proven track record of success
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues quickly and effectively
    • Experience in budget management and resource allocation
    • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
    • Experience in strategic planning and execution
