  • Job Summary:
    Stor-Mor Outdoor Products is looking for a highly motivated and competitive Sales Representative in the area of Martinsburg, WV to manage and grow their dealer network throughout West Virginia, Virginia, and Pennsylvania. This is a SALES position – applicant MUST be highly motivated to manage and grow the territory. We offer PTO, holidays, health insurance, 401K and more. Position includes a base salary with room to grow and no cap or limitations on commissions.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage dealer network in assigned territory
    • Recruit new dealers to join the Team
    • On board and train new dealers
    • Manage appropriate inventory levels in the region
    • Evaluate, establish goals and manage overall performance of the region
    • Provide customer support for dealers, drivers and manufacturing facilities in your region
    • Sales Reps must travel to visit dealers regularly to build relationships
    • Assist dealers in their marketing efforts

    Company History and Values

    Established in 2017, Stor-Mor Outdoor Products (SMOP) started in Mayfield, Kentucky with the intention of providing quality storage buildings to customers at affordable prices. With two individuals and one objective, SMOP steadily grew to dozens, then hundreds of team members. Along the way, our objective has transformed to include “MOR” outdoor products, however the foundation has remained the same: providing outdoor products at a rate customers can afford!

    What began in Western Kentucky as a provider of storage buildings, has expanded our footprint across eighteen states with over 250 storefronts to best serve our customers through both B-to-B and Direct-to-Consumer channels. SMOP now provides wooden storage buildings, metal storage buildings, trailers, roll-formed metal, and lumber. With 400 team members and over 20,000 transactions, we know the most important piece of the puzzle is: the people. Heritage was acquired in September 2022 expanding the Stor-Mor territory and its culture.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $75,000.00 base commission

    Experience:

    • Sales: 3 years (Preferred)
    • Management: 3 years (Preferred)
    • Experience with point-of-sale systems (preferably Shed Suite)
    • Experience in the portable building industry is a plus

    Ability to Relocate:

    • Somewhere in the Sales Territory area for travel purposees (Required)
