Regional Support Manager jobs in Queens Village, NY
Regional Support Manager manages an operational support function in a specific geographic area providing guidance to branches on matters of compliance, service, and quality. Conducts routine and preventative quality assurance processes to monitor customer satisfaction and revenue results and ensure policy compliance for branches in designated region. Being a Regional Support Manager provides operational support and resources to investigate and resolve any problems or losses incurred in the day to day operations of branches. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Regional Support Manager typically reports to top management. The Regional Support Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. To be a Regional Support Manager typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Daily Responsibilities for Bilingual RN Manager of Care Delivery (Korean)- Oversee a team of 4-5 nurses
- Coordinating care, managing staffing and resources, handling documentation, conducting investigations, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Monday – Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM I No On-Call
Required Qualifications for Bilingual RN Manager of Care Delivery (Korean)- Bilingual - Korean
- Active NY Registered Nursing license
- Clinical experience
- Leadership experience
Preferred Qualifications for Bilingual RN Manager of Care Delivery (Korean)- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Managed long-term care insurance experience beneficial
- Case Management Certification recommended within 2 years of the employment
