The Home Care Supervisor at Golden Touch Home Care Services, LLC will oversee all aspects of our home care services in Addison, Illinois. Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of caregivers, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Conduct initial assessments for new clients and create individualized care plans
- Coordinate and schedule client care, ensuring all shifts are properly filled
- Monitor and review caregiver performance to ensure quality care is being provided
- Communicate with clients and their families to address any concerns or issues
- Act as a liaison between clients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals
- Monitor and maintain client records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
- Participate in on-call duties as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, social work, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in home care or a related healthcare setting
- Prior supervisor experience is strongly preferred
- Deep knowledge of home care regulations and best practices
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Compassionate, patient, and understanding
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
- Bilingual Spanish speaker is a plus
