We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Administrator to oversee operations within our Skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of financial management, particularly in the context of care services for individuals with developmental disabilities. *Responsibilities*
- Lead and manage daily operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Supervise staff members, providing guidance and support to foster a positive work environment.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Oversee medication administration processes, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with social workers and other professionals to create individualized care plans for residents.
- Manage financial aspects of the facility, including budgeting, reporting, and resource allocation.
- Ensure high standards of long-term care and home community care are maintained.
- Conduct regular training sessions for staff on best practices in care for individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Facilitate communication between families, staff, and external agencies to promote comprehensive support.
*Qualifications*
-MUST be a licensed nursing home administrator
- Proven leadership experience in a similar administrative role within the healthcare or social services sector.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and resource management.
- Background in social work or related fields is preferred.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of medication administration protocols and long-term care practices.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a genuine care for the well-being of others.
