Duties
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance with regulations and standards
- Coordinate and supervise staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Pick up call and address members concerns
-Schedule trips for members
- Create fare sheets for the week
-Collect fares and record
-Billing vendors and tracking Invoices
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in assisted living or memory care setting
- Strong knowledge of social work principles and practices
- Proficiency in developing and implementing rider plans
- Experience with customer service
- Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively
