```Duties```
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, memory care, or senior care needs.
- Assist individuals with daily activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication administration, and mobility.
- Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Implement and follow individualized care plans and behavior management strategies.
- Provide case management support by coordinating appointments, advocating for individuals' needs, and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Handle conflicts or challenging behaviors in a calm and professional manner.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals under your care at all times.
```Requirements```
- Previous experience working with people with developmental disabilities, autism, memory care, or senior care is preferred.
- Knowledge of patient care techniques and practices.
- Ability to effectively communicate and interact with individuals of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity and professionalism.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if driving is required).
- Must be compassionate, patient, and have a genuine desire to help others.
