Providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers at all times.
Promoting an understanding of, and strong commitment to client satisfaction.
Promoting and understanding of, and strong commitment to the Mossy Team.
Responding to incoming internet and phone inquiry call leads.
Follow-up contact with client to schedule daily appointments to meet with Sales Department.
Respond to customer's questions; anticipating and responding to customer's need.
Complete customers transactions in accordance with Mossy Rental policies and procedures.
Complete clerical functions and other tasks as assigned.
Maintaining comprehensive and up to date knowledge of products and services offered for sale.
Maintain and process customer information and performance in Dealer CRM (such as Dealersocket, E-Leads & VIN Solutions).
Maintains a professional appearance.
Attends meetings as requested.
Qualifications
Have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Have a positive upbeat attitude.
Past experience in rental industry not required, but preferred.
Be willing to go above and beyond for customer experience/satisfaction.
Have a sense of professionalism and be able to smile in the face of adversity and demanding clients.
Have the drive to learn and progress within the company.
Be skilled in typing and using a computer based programming.
Be organized and detail oriented with paperwork and filing.
Able to handle multitasking (being able to handle two or three customers at the same time while verifying information).
Have great phone etiquette
