Res. Hall Manager (Incl. Room, Board) oversees all activities of a residence hall. Oversees the maintenance and renovation, purchase and inventory of supplies, assignment of rooms and summer housing, and housekeeping functions. Being a Res. Hall Manager (Incl. Room, Board) is responsible for student housing assignment, maintenance of facilities, and safety of residents. Ensures students follow college/university conduct policies and takes appropriate disciplinary actions when rules are broken. Additionally, Res. Hall Manager (Incl. Room, Board) room and board in the residence hall is included in the terms of employment. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Res. Hall Manager (Incl. Room, Board) supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes. To be a Res. Hall Manager (Incl. • Write detailed assessments, treatment goals, and programming to address the needs of each client• Develop and monitor data collection for all programs being run• Conduct training on specific treatment goals• Have flexible hours to be responsive to client needs• Communicate with the Director of Waiver Services on a regular basis • Oversee assessments, plan development, and ongoing program data analysis to ensure maximum client progress• Remain current on new research and developments in behavior analysis
• Must be currently licensed in applicable state or certified (BCBA)• Minimum Master's Degree in a Mental Health discipline or Behavior Analysis• Willingness to learn and follow the clinic’s standards of practice• Proficient in the use of various computer programs including Microsoft Office• Excellent written communication skills for professional emails and assessments/reassessments
