Res. Hall Manager (Incl. Room, Board) oversees all activities of a residence hall. Oversees the maintenance and renovation, purchase and inventory of supplies, assignment of rooms and summer housing, and housekeeping functions. Being a Res. Hall Manager (Incl. Room, Board) is responsible for student housing assignment, maintenance of facilities, and safety of residents. Ensures students follow college/university conduct policies and takes appropriate disciplinary actions when rules are broken. Additionally, Res. Hall Manager (Incl. Room, Board) room and board in the residence hall is included in the terms of employment. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Res. Hall Manager (Incl. Room, Board) supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Job Summary
Direct the agronomy sales efforts for Bingham Ag Service.
Duties and Responsibilities
Essential
Ensure Company Safety programs and standards are followed.
Lead strategic direction for the Agronomy Sales division of the Company.
Understand the Agronomy marketplace and ensure the Company is positioned appropriately.
Develop and implement sale strategy and growth plan.
Create alignment, optimize product sales, maximize regional growth and performance, and ensure customers are satisfied with Company offerings.
Increase sales volume, profitability, and market share to meet Company expectations.
Ensure that supply and sales efforts align appropriately.
Direct Agronomists’ sales efforts to ensure sales goals are accomplished.
Support Agronomists as a technical resource for customers.
Develop and implement regional agronomic marketing plans.
Review and approve sales contracts.
Continually investigate and introduce process/customer improvement measures.
Develop a sales force to promote company sales and execute sales strategy.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Required
Ten or more years’ experience in Agronomy, Operations Management, General Management, in a related field.
Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Horticulture, or a related field.
Experience with M&A and high growth companies.
Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
Outstanding competency in strategic planning and business development.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong computer skills and able to learn company systems and processes.
Adheres to the company’s values and ethical expectations
Able to effectively multitask.
Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
Preferred
15 or more years’ experience in a related field.
Master’s degree in a related field or an MBA.
