The Morgan County SB40 Board is seeking an applicant for the position of Targeted Case Manager. The candidate will coordinate supports and services intended to assist individuals in maximizing their independence and wellbeing. These supports and/or services may be natural, funded, or local community resources.

Support Coordination duties include assessment, planning for provision of appropriate services and supports, coordination, monitoring and evaluation of service delivery of authorized supports and services for the individual, and advocacy for individual and family.

Looking for an individual with an understanding of family systems and human dynamics, knowledge of developmental disabilities, strong organizational skills, a demonstrated ability to work independently and cooperatively as part of an interdisciplinary team, strong written/verbal communication skills.

The employee will represent MCBDD in the public with professionalism, dignity, and respect for others.

Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work or related human services field is preferred. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment. All employees must have a valid driver’s license, dependable transportation, and insurance.

This is a full-time position, with a benefits package that includes health, dental, vision, and life insurance. Retirement, paid time off, and a flexible Monday through Friday schedule (office/home/field). Salary is commensurate with education and experience, starting at $19.00.
