We're looking for a dynamic Research Manager to spearhead our data collection initiatives and lead a talented team of researchers. This is your chance to shine in a role that blends strategic planning with hands-on research and outreach.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategically guide research priorities and timelines
• Efficiently manage and update projects using Salesforce
• Communicate effectively to ensure the team is aligned with project progress
• Proactively identify and address potential project challenges
• Analyze outcomes to shape future research strategies
• Lead and mentor a dedicated team of researchers
• Conduct research calls and outreach to healthcare professionals
• Organize research schedules to accommodate provider availability
• Engage in quality assurance discussions to enhance research standards
• Support your team in various outreach and research tasks
• Participate actively in team and company-wide meetings
  
  

Desired Skills and Expertise

• Minimum of two years' experience in a professional setting
• Exceptional collaboration and relationship-building skills
• Outstanding communication and organizational abilities
• A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to delivering quality results
• Proven problem-solving skills and investigative mindset
• Confidence in leading discussions with high-level professionals
• A continuous drive to improve and streamline processes
• Openness to giving and receiving constructive feedback
• Proficiency in Outlook & MS Excel, and familiarity with Salesforce
• Experience with Calendly, Account Management, and People Management is a plus
  
  

Experience Requirements

• Customer relations and administrative experience
• Remote work experience is preferred
• Clinical background is not mandatory but beneficial
• Understanding of other KLAS teams is advantageous
• Higher education is strongly preferred, setting the foundation for success in this role
