Performs administrative functions including scheduling rotations, attending meetings, composing and distributing meeting minutes, and scheduling lectures/classes, evaluations and meetings for residents and faculty.

Provides collaborative management to the PinnacleHealth Residency Training Programs to ensure continued program accreditation, including independent organization and management of daily program operations consistent in quality and content requirements as mandated by the standards and requirements established by the governing body.

Prepares all materials in an appropriate and efficient manner through the efficient utilization of computer, further develops computer skills.

Assist in maintaining the electronic resident management system (New Innovations) for the program , which includes inputting schedules , creating evaluation matches for both residents and faculty , monitoring procedure logs , conference attendance , and resident files.

Organizes completed application materials received from applicants to be reviewed by Program Directors.

Demonstrated expertise in the ability to operate independently or to escalate issues as needed to achieve and maintain high levels of successful project completion.
