General Purpose
The Resident Care Coordinator is responsible for providing overall leadership and management of the Assisted Living Community. Responsibilities include but not limited to championing the designated care manager concept throughout the neighborhoods, assisting in the recruiting, hiring and training of team members in the neighborhood; completing staffing, scheduling and daily reviews of timekeeping reports.
