Responsible for assisting the lead Cook in preparing and serving high quality meals and maintaining Kitchen operations to meet all specified guidelines of the AAA program. Assists with assuring food is stored properly according to guidelines. Assists lead Cook with ordering and receiving supplies. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
