Residential Living Assistant jobs in Kentucky
Residential Living Assistant provides individualized care to the patients of a group home or residential living facility. Assists the patients on daily basis with personal care and hygiene. Being a Residential Living Assistant transports patients within the facility or on supervised outings. Administers and records medications given to residents. Additionally, Residential Living Assistant may administer medications under the supervision of a nurse or physician. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Residential Living Assistant possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. We are looking for:- Someone with a “can do” attitude

Resident Assistants/CNAs are expected to accomplish tasks outside of their normal assignments whenever necessary to maintain a quality care environment for our residents. As part of a team-oriented workplace, Resident Assistants participate in training opportunities and offer help to other areas and staff in need. The typical work of a Resident Assistant can include:- Providing assistance with activities of daily living to meet the resident's physical, emotional, intellectual, social and spiritual needs with respect and dignity
- This may include bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, perineal care, laundry, bed making, and other duties of care
- Assist residents with meals and snacks
- Assist with setup, service and feeding if necessary
