Community Maintenance Supervisor Position Available at Midtown 15, Granada, and Uptown 7 Apartments (Tacoma, WA) - Excellent Career Opportunity.

We are looking for a remarkable person able to fill the Community Maintenance Supervisor position for Midtown 15, Granada, and Uptown 7 Apartments in Tacoma, WA. The best candidate will be able to manage the maintenance of two apartment complexes, be able to work as a team with the onsite staff, and residents, and have a can-do attitude. We offer:

  $26 per hour
• Eligible for bonus
• Full time employees earn 144 Hours or 18 days of PTO per year with the ability to carry over up to 80 hours a year. Increased PTO after 6 and 9 consecutive years with Allied Residential.

General Duties:

• 
  Supervising all maintenance staff
• Grounds keeping
• Work Orders that include Basic Maintenance on units and appliances
• Turnovers of units
• Building and Common Area Maintenance
• Being available on-call, on a rotating basis, for emergency calls

Requirements:

• 
  Minimum of two years of prior apartment maintenance experience
• Electrical technician license (O7B) is a plus!
• Good customer service skills
• Renovation Experience a plus!
• Experience completing work orders and preparing make ready units
• Well-rounded technical maintenance skillset
• Positive attitude and willingness to participate in a team environment
• Consistent work history and verifiable references
• Ability to pass drug screening / background and reference check
• Valid driver's license
• Physical aspects of the job may require heavy lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, kneeling, stooping, climbing, balancing, and carrying.
