Residential Living Supervisor jobs in Manchester, NH
Residential Living Supervisor supervises the work of a residential living staff. Provides training to resident assistants on proper care giving techniques. Being a Residential Living Supervisor may administer medications under the supervision of a nurse or physician. May require an associate degree or its equivalent. Additionally, Residential Living Supervisor typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Residential Living Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision. Residential Resources is looking for a Program Manager to join our team in Keene, NH. We are looking for a manager with experience as a direct support professional (DSP) who understands the unique challenges and rewards of working in this field.
The applicant would be responsible for monitoring the clinical, philosophical, and fiscal needs of the individuals on their caseload. This person should have an eye for detail, organization, and timelines. Conflict management skills are a must! This is a salaried position that includes providing direct care support within the assigned home as well as being on the on-call rotation.

REQUIREMENTS:- At least three years experience as a licensed driver with an acceptable driving history.
- Acceptable criminal history and other background checks as required.
- Direct Support Experience, Medication Administration (1201) preferred
