IDD Residential Manager / Shared Living Consultant
Full-Time, Salary: $40,000
GoodLife Innovations serves people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in group homes and shared-living settings. We are seeking a Residential Manager / Shared Living Consultant to maintain a caseload of group homes and adult foster care homes. We strive to redefine direct care through our shared living program so the individuals we serve can receive family support in a person-centered, integrated manner.
As a Residential Manager / Shared Living Consultant, you will oversee GoodLife residential programs and shared living settings, as well as establishing and maintaining strong, positive relationships with providers and the individuals served. A good candidate will have experience in this field, be able to multitask, and have an upbeat attitude.
This human services position earns a competitive salary of $40,000. Some duties include:
- Promoting high quality outcomes for persons served by training, supporting, and supervising staff
- Aiding in the recruitment, establishment, and training of new shared living providers
- Assisting in the development and implementation of individualized daily schedules for the home and persons served on your caseload
- Facilitating budget compliance with oversight of the house and client accounts
- Ensuring strong, effective communication and teamwork within assigned homes, between direct staff, and other direct or support services
- Hands on work with our persons served when necessary

Some qualifications:
- One - two years of prior experience in a position of similar scope preferred
- A Bachelor's degree in psychology, human development or a related discipline, preferred
- A desire to lead and mentor a team of staff
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility in assigned working hours and weekend on-call rotation
- A valid Driver's License and safe driving record
