Summary:
The Residential Field Sales Representative (RFSR) is responsible for growing our residential customer base by selling our full line of internet, video, mobile and phone services in designated Single Family Units (SFU’s). The RFSR will also represent the company at community events and provide competitive intelligence within the market.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:
Reach monthly installation goals by selling internet and additional services to new residential customers within an assigned territory
Represent WOW! Internet, Cable, and Phone at SFU property events, association meetings and other local events
Achieve minimum number of expected SFU knocks, contacts, appointments presentations and sales
Partner with sales leadership, local operations, and marketing teams to collaborate on competitive threats and growth opportunities
Demonstrate advanced knowledge of company core values, products, & procedures
Qualifications:

Education:
High school diploma/GED is required. College degree in sales, marketing or business is preferred.
Experience/Skills Needed:
One to three years of professional sales experience is preferred, preferably in the communications or technology industry or equivalent, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Must be highly organized, flexible, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure
Ability to self-motivate and work independently
Ability to meet external demands, pressures, strict deadlines, and sales objectives
Experience building relationships with internal and external customers
Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships
Ability to articulate and communicate to internal and external customers.
Professional appearance and attitude
Strong verbal, written interpersonal, and listening skills.
Ability to work beyond normal business hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary
