    Are you ready to take your sales career to the next level?

    We are looking to fill openings for experienced Outside Sales Professionals to deliver proposals that will fulfill our customer's needs. Midwest Exteriors MN is a full exterior remodeling company with a large presence in the Twin Cities Metro. We serviced over 600 clients in 2021 and are looking to expand on that in 22’. This position’s responsibilities include meeting directly with potential clients, demonstrating products, problem-solving trouble areas on residential homes, understanding and fulfilling sales contracts. Knowledge of the insurance claims process is a must, however, we provide the Xactimate estimates and supplements to support you through the sales process as needed.

    Responsibilities
    • Identify and build customer relationships in sales territory
    • Deliver an outstanding customer experience and educate the customer on why they should choose Midwest Exteriors MN for their exterior project.
    • Generate and manage leads from canvassing, referrals, and networking
    • Inspect homes exterior and roofing system for storm-related damage
    • Utilize Customer Management tool to record and track customers through the sales process
    • Negotiate with customers to close sales
    • Fulfill project forms for the management team to complete all projects.
    • Create self-generated sales
    • Climb ladders and work safely on roofs daily
    Qualifications
    • Proven sales track record within the industry.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
    • Detail-oriented with strong time management to be successful in our fast-paced industry.
    • Computer literate with the ability to quickly learn our CRM software.
    • Pay Structure:

    • We offer both W2 and 1099 Positions
    • Extremely competitive pay depending on experience and Outside Sales Professional desire

    • Net payments upfront for jobs sold, no waiting until a job is completed to earn part of your commissions.
    • An average sales professional can make $60,000 to $100,000 per year
    • Support and sales materials are provided

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $40,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
