Responsibilities

• Engage and educate customers about our processes, instilling confidence
• Recommend moving services and products based on cost, availability, and customer specifications
• Communicate move details to the Project Coordination team to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, providing consistent follow-up
• Develop a personal book of business to generate referrals
• Set clear expectations for customers and maximize the sale of additional services
• Work both independently and collaboratively within a team

Qualifications

• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
• Effective listening and communication skills; good grammar, voice, and diction
• Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively
• Attention to detail
• Understanding of effective selling and closing strategies and techniques
• Comfortable initiating customer contact and asking for their business and referrals
