We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as an Powder Coating Operator, where you’ll have the opportunity to learn and grow into a critical role within our operations.

As an Powder Coating Operator, you will receive hands-on training to operate and maintain our powder coating equipment and contribute to our finishing process. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a growing field while being part of a dedicated and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of materials for powder coating, including cleaning and masking parts.
• Learn to set up and operate powder coating equipment, ensuring high-quality finishes.
• Maintain proper usage and care of equipment, adhering to safety protocols and company standards.
• Perform quality checks on coated products, ensuring consistency and adherence to specifications.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and improve processes.
• Gradually take on more responsibilities, with the goal of becoming proficient in all aspects of powder coating operations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; trade or technical school experience a plus.
• Strong interest in learning powder coating techniques and processes.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.
• Reliable and punctual, with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
