• Open & flexible schedule to work any daypart in conjunction with business
• needs.
• Hold all direct reports responsible for fulfilling the business
• Innovative and strategic thinking that ultimately leads to increased capacity
• Maintains a consistent, positive attitude - leads by example.
• Strategically create result oriented system that can be replicated and scaled with
• the growth of the business
• Coach supervisors to be goal oriented and create systems to
• achieve extraordinary results.
• This position will require you to work in the store at Stapley Drive
