Retail Tire Store Manager jobs in Arkansas
Retail Tire Store Manager plans and directs the day-to-day operations of retail tire store/center. Develops strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, and increase profitability. Being a Retail Tire Store Manager ensures customer needs are met, complaints are resolved, and service is quick and efficient. Hires and manages store personnel. Additionally, Retail Tire Store Manager may require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a director. The Retail Tire Store Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Retail Tire Store Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required. Ability to schedule and maintain a scheduling calendar for appointments.
Ability to perform general office related duties and manage inventory controls.
Ability to perform accounts payable and receivable functions with point of sale software (Quickbooks).
Ability to generate tire sales and promotions.

Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
