Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented SAP Analyst with expertise in Production and Inventory management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consumption-based planning and be adept at analyzing missing pieces in the production and inventory processes.
Responsibilities:1. SAP Implementation and Maintenance:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain SAP modules related to Production and Inventory.
- Ensure the seamless integration of SAP into existing business processes.
- Develop and implement consumption-based planning strategies to optimize inventory levels.
- Analyze historical data and forecast future demand to facilitate accurate production planning.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or excesses.
- Implement best practices for inventory control and accuracy.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of production processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with production teams to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Identify and analyze missing pieces in the production and inventory processes.
- Implement corrective measures to address gaps in data or processes.
- Generate and maintain reports related to production, inventory, and consumption-based planning.
- Document processes, procedures, and configurations related to SAP modules.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, procurement, and finance, to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Provide training and support to end-users on SAP functionalities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an SAP Analyst with a focus on Production and Inventory modules.
- Strong understanding of consumption-based planning principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of SAP best practices and configuration.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
