Overview

The Employee Engagement and Retention Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing programs and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention, ensuring alignment with the company culture including fostering an inclusive workplace and a sense of belonging.

This role focuses on improving the overall employment experience, analyzing retention metrics, staffing diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB) initiatives and driving long-term retention and significant decrease in voluntary attrition.

Qualifications

Education / Experience

Minimum Required :

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, healthcare administration, or a related field in healthcare (RN).
• Minimum of three years of experience in HR or operations with a focus on employee engagement and retention.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
