Job Description:

The Defective Inventory Clerk is responsible for ensuring returned inventory is processed correctly. This is a multi-functional position that requires both administrative desk work and work with the inventory in our warehouse.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills, including typing
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to work independently
• Ability to follow tasks through to their completion
• Courteous and professional demeanor
• Must have a positive and helpful attitude

Job Tasks:

• Process Returned Packages
• Process customer Refunds
• Evaluate returned items for sale or disposal
• Push Used & Damaged Inventory to Other Departments

Hours & Compensation:

This position is available as a full-time role. After 90 days there will be an evaluation at which time the rate will be reviewed against the current performance. Medical and Dental benefits are offered to full-time employees following 60 days of employment. Full-time, active employees are also eligible to participate in our 401K retirement plan with employer match following 60 days of employment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
