Job Description:
Our Office in Dothan, AL is looking for a Revenue Accounting Associate who is ready to make an impact.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Competitive Pay
- M-F, No weekends
- Review daily shipment transactions and documentation to ensure revenue accuracy and completeness
- Update invoicing records based on review of shipment documentation, tariff rules and/or customer agreements
- Maintain logs of charges that were added through audit
- Provide notification to customers regarding billable charges and communicate with customers as needed regarding billing questions
- Research invoicing questions and communicate supporting documentation as needed
- Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement
- Make recommendations to implement improved processes
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
