RFP Manager oversees the development of proposals, bids, quotations, RFP responses, or other documents describing organizational products and services in response to requests from prospective clients. Manages and meets proposal deadlines by establishing project priorities and due dates for the proposal. Being an RFP Manager collaborates and coordinates with internal contributors and subject matter experts to ensure content is complete, accurate, and maximizes business opportunities. Develops and establishes a repository of templates, standard language, product collateral, exhibits, and other data resources to create high-quality and accurate responses. Additionally, RFP Manager establishes a tracking system with win-loss information. Reviews and analyzes RFP losses to recommend enhancements to products or processes. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The RFP Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Position summary: This position coordinates onsite shelter operations during evening, weekends and overnights.
This is a temporary/temp to hire position!
Shift hours:
Friday's through Tuesday's - 11pm to 7:30am
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Coordinate resources and care for persons enrolled in program.
· Manages the provision of individual client services, ensuring client’s needs are met.
· Intervenes and problem solves issues if/when they arise according to program policies and procedures.
· Participates in Program Evaluation, Quality Assurance
· Maintains the highest standard of professional conduct in relation to confidential information. Shares information only when the recipient’s right to access is clearly established and the sharing of such information is clearly in the best interest of the person served.
· Adheres to and participates in Company’s mandatory Health Insurance Portability Accountability Act (HIPAA) privacy program/practices and Business Ethics and Compliance programs/practices.
· Attends, participates in internal staff development programs, obtains continuing education as required by Company policy, regulations, and program requirements.
· Performs other duties assigned.
Qualifications:
· Associate degree or comparable years of related work experience.
· Two years of social work experience preferred.
· Demonstrated crisis management ability.
· Demonstrates effective and professional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
· Strong computer software (Microsoft Office) and data entry skills.
· Able to work independently and part of a team.
· Organized and able to function under minimal supervision.
· Prior experience in a 24-hour care facility preferred.
· Familiarity with the communities being served, with knowledge and understanding of local needs and resources.
· Ability to develop and maintain professional working relationships.
Requirements:
· Must have a valid Oregon driver license.
· Associate degree or comparable years of related work experience.
· Must be able to work evening and overnight shifts as needed and have weekend availability.
· Must be able to complete job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
